This unit is fully turn-key with leather and marble furniture, private front porch and a bank of windows from which you can watch the sun coming up over the reef.  Everything you would need for your stay is here except for your clothes.  And to help with that, there is a lockable owner’s closet just off the master bedroom where you can leave all your private belongings if you want to rent out the unit.

In addition to the two-bedrooms, living and kitchen area, there is a stackable washer and dryer in your condo.  And if you don’t feel like cooking, there are currently two restaurants just steps from the condo and a bar/café where you can enjoy a long slow afternoon by the infinity pool.

The resort has three different pools, two restaurants, a bar, store and gym all on site.  Plus, the new Happy Lobster North restaurant is a couple of blocks away.  If you want to rent it out, the resort runs a rental pool, or you can AirBnB it yourself.  

There is boat service to take you back and forth to the south island and a marina if you want to dock your own fishing/diving boat.  Pretty much everything you might need or want is here.  Blu Zen units are highly sought after, so act fast!
