It also locks off from the main area and has a separate exterior door opening onto the small porch, so could be used as a separate Airbnb-type rental unit to generate some rental income.

The second queen bedroom is comfortably situated in the middle of the house which makes it really quiet.  The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, great for kids or guests. 

Both bathrooms are large and feature roomy tile showers. 

A large, open loft with ladder is available for an office, storage, or for kids to have their own space to get away from the adults for a bit. 

The grounds and gardens around the house are easily enjoyed snoozing in outdoor hammocks, or sipping on a cool Belikin in the big lounge chairs.
